Can't Use Your Tickets?
Sometimes things come up that prevent you from using your tickets. Though we cannot refund the cost of your tickets, there are several options you can take.
If You Are A Season Subscriber
- Give your tickets to family and friends
- Donate your tickets to the LJS&C to resell and we will send you a donation receipt.
- Exchange your tickets for another performance. Ticket exchange is a benefit of being a season subscriber.
- More than one week in advance. Mail your tickets, the name your subscription is under, and instructions to:

- Less than one week prior to concert. Call the Ticket Office at (858) 534-4637 during regular office hours (Mon-Fri, 10-5).
